Civil Construction & Infrastructure Delivery
FCC undertook the full design, site adaptation, and construction of the Afghan National Police Border Patrol Company Headquarters at Islam Chunker, Balkh Province. Delivered as Prime Contractor for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Afghanistan Engineer District, the project delivered a fully operational compound serving the security and administrative needs of the Border Patrol Company in northern Afghanistan.
The project included interconnected facilities, DFAC, barracks, administrative building, and warehouse,designed within a unified compound layout to ensure efficient and secure flow of personnel and operations. FCC delivered all works under a single integrated contract, ensuring full coordination, quality, and responsibility across the entire scope.
The ANP Border Patrol Company HQ required precise planning and execution across multiple disciplines. As Prime Contractor, FCC managed the project from site survey and preparation through design, construction, and commissioning of all facilities. Civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works were coordinated across multiple buildings delivered in parallel to meet program requirements, demonstrating FCC’s capability to deliver complex compounds to U.S. Army Corps of Engineers standards.
