  • Two-story prefabricated steel-frame structure with a high-performance panel wall system
  • External steel staircase providing safe and direct access to all upper-level units
  • Continuous balcony corridor running the full length of the second floor for unit connectivity
  • Each unit designed with individual entry points to ensure independent and flexible access
  • Steel framework engineered to provide long-term structural stability and load-bearing performance

The building was constructed using a modular prefabrication approach, enabling efficient on-site assembly while maintaining full structural integrity. A steel framework provides the main structural system, ensuring strength and long-term durability. Panel wall systems were used for their thermal performance in Herat’s extreme climate and ease of installation within the modular process. The entire construction was carefully planned to ensure fast delivery without compromising quality.
