Project Overview:

FCC, in joint venture with Perozbham Construction Company, undertook the full design and construction of the Herat University Complex on behalf of the Ministry of Higher Education, Government of Afghanistan. The project involved the design and construction of multiple academic, administrative, and support structures across a large-scale campus, alongside comprehensive infrastructure works, all delivered under a fixed-price contract. The complex was designed to accommodate 1,000 personnel and to provide a modern, fully equipped university campus for the Herat region, a landmark investment in Afghanistan's higher education infrastructure. FCC's selection for this project was a direct recognition of the company's strong track record of performance on prior government contracts.
