Project Overview

FCC delivered the full design, supply of materials, labor, and equipment for the construction of the National Security Building for the Khost Province Intelligence Department, on behalf of Afghanistan National Security. Executed as Prime Contractor, the project provided a secure, purpose-built, and fully operational facility to support the intelligence and security operations of the Khost Province department. The scope covered every element of the construction process, from initial design and material procurement through to the erection and completion of all structures within the compound, with FCC holding full responsibility for the quality and delivery of the entire project.

The project delivered a multi-structure compound for the Khost Province Intelligence Department, designed as a secure, self-contained operational base. The double-story main building accommodates key administrative and operational functions, while guard towers provide essential perimeter security. All elements were carefully planned and integrated to ensure effective support for security, operations, and facility functions as a unified whole.
