Project Overview:

FCC delivered the full design and construction of the Police Regional Logistic Center in Gardez, Afghanistan, on behalf of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Executed as a design-build contract with FCC acting as Prime Contractor, the project provided a comprehensive, fully operational logistic compound designed to support the full range of regional police operations across multiple integrated facilities. The project demanded the coordinated delivery of operational, administrative, maintenance, storage, and utility infrastructure within a single compound, with FCC holding complete responsibility for design, construction, and handover from start to finish.
