Project Overview:

FCC developed a full architectural BIM design for this beachfront hotel and resort complex, situated along a scenic coastal hillside. The design integrates a two-story hospitality structure with its natural surroundings, blending built form with landscaped terrain to create a seamless resort experience. Every element of the complex was modeled in detail using Building Information Modeling, ensuring design precision and coordination across all disciplines.

Using BIM, FCC produced a comprehensive digital representation of the entire resort, enabling precise design decisions and full visualization of the project before any construction begins. The BIM process ensured all components, from accommodation wings to pool areas and landscape features , were fully coordinated and clash-free within the design model.
