Integrated BIM Design & Coordination

Project Overview:

FCC designed this contemporary cultural center and hospitality complex, centered around an open landscaped courtyard that serves as the heart of the entire development. The building was fully modeled using Building Information Modeling, capturing every detail of its distinctive organic form, interconnected spaces, and carefully considered relationship between interior and exterior environments. The design creates a welcoming destination for culture, gathering, and hospitality within a single cohesive architectural composition.

  • Open central courtyard landscaped with tropical planting and stone paving
  • Wooden deck walkways and bridges connecting different wings across the courtyard
  • Floor-to-ceiling glazed facades bringing natural light deep into interior spaces
  • Upper-level dining and meeting spaces overlooking the courtyard below
  • Curved glazed volumes at key corners creating visually distinctive anchor points

The spatial layout encourages natural movement through the complex, with the courtyard acting as a shared social hub that all wings of the building look onto and connect through.

Every space was designed around user experience, creating seamless indoor & outdoor transitions. The integration of cultural and hospitality functions makes the complex a versatile, vibrant destination for diverse community and civic use.
