High-Accuracy Reality Capture Modeling

Project Overview:

FCC received 3D laser scan data for a farm property and developed as-built BIM models at LOD 500 across the entire site. The scope covered multiple structures, including the main residential building, a poolside shading structure, a greenhouse, an animal housing facility, and two additional outbuildings, delivering a complete and coordinated as-built record of the full property.

The diversity of structures across the farm required careful and consistent modeling to ensure every building was delivered to the same high standard within a single coordinated dataset.

Point Cloud to BIM

Working from the provided scan data, FCC developed a verified as-built BIM model covering every structure on the farm, giving the client a reliable foundation for any future design or development work across the property.
