High-Accuracy Reality Capture Modeling

Project Overview:

FCC received 3D laser scan data for a large traditional villa and developed a comprehensive as-built BIM model at LOD 500, covering the complete interior and exterior of the property. The scope included all interior architectural elements alongside the full building envelope, site structures, and surrounding landscape, delivering a single coordinated as-built record of the entire property in its existing condition.

  • Complete interior modeling across all spaces including ceiling geometry, bulkheads, cornices, and all overhead architectural features
  • Bathroom and toilet components documented including all fixtures and spatial geometry
