Project Overview:

FCC produced a full architectural BIM design for this contemporary multi-story hotel and residential complex. Rising across five to six floors, the building was designed to deliver a modern, high-quality living and hospitality environment with a strong architectural identity. The entire complex was developed using Building Information Modeling, ensuring complete design coordination and precision across all elements of the structure.

The facade design balances contemporary aesthetics with natural materials, creating a building that is both visually striking and contextually sensitive to its urban setting.
