2D Drawings to BIM Models

Project Overview:

FCC undertook the conversion of two residential villa designs from traditional 2D drawings into fully detailed 3D BIM models. Both villas represent distinct architectural styles,  one rooted in classical residential design, the other in contemporary minimalism, and each was brought to life through precise BIM modeling that captures every architectural detail, material finish, and spatial relationship within the design. This process transforms flat drawings into rich, accurate digital models ready for construction planning and visualization.

Classic Villa Design

  • Traditional pitched roof with stone cladding exterior faithfully reproduced in 3D
  • Outdoor entertaining terrace with dining and lounge areas integrated into the site layout
  • Swimming pool and landscaped gardens fully incorporated within the compound design
  • Balcony and facade detailing captured with precision from the original 2D drawings

The classical villa conversion brought a richly detailed traditional design into the BIM environment, preserving every architectural feature of the original drawings while adding the depth, accuracy, and coordination that only a full 3D model can provide.
